Terms of Use

Preamble

These Terms of Use (hereinafter the "Terms") govern access to and use of the Splasssh mobile application and website (hereinafter the "Application"), published by:

Splasssh is a community platform dedicated to team sports (basketball, football, padel, badminton, volleyball), connecting players with courts and playing partners, and helping professionals promote their services.

By creating an account or using Splasssh, you fully accept these Terms.

Article 1 — Definitions

• User: any individual creating a standard account on Splasssh.
• Pro Account: account activated after review, for coaches, clubs, and sports complexes.
• Offer: any service published by a Pro Account (court booking, coaching, ticketing).
• Matching: the service provided by Splasssh to connect Users and Pro Accounts.

Article 2 — Acceptance and eligibility

Use of Splasssh is restricted to persons aged 16 or older. By creating an account, you confirm you meet the age requirement and have legal capacity to enter into a contract.

Article 3 — Service description

3.1 For Users

Splasssh allows you to find nearby courts, connect with playing partners, book slots with Pro Accounts, join coaching sessions, and purchase event tickets.

3.2 For Pro Accounts

After manual review by our team, Pro Accounts can publish Offers, manage their bookings, and increase their visibility to Users.

3.3 Splasssh's role: matching only

Splasssh is a matching platform and is not a party to any contract between a User and a Pro Account. It does not provide sports services directly.

Payment: In the current version, all payments are made on-site between the User and the Pro Account. Splasssh does not collect any funds at this stage.

Article 4 — Registration and account

Registration requires accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.

You may delete your account at any time from the Application (Settings → My account → Delete my account).

Article 5 — User obligations

You agree to provide accurate information, respect other members, refrain from publishing unlawful content, honor your bookings, and not attempt to compromise the Application's security.

Article 6 — Pro Account obligations

Pro Accounts agree to publish accurate information, honor confirmed bookings, and hold all necessary authorizations to operate their activity.

Article 7 — Commission and business model

Splasssh earns revenue via commissions on transactions (indicative: 10% courts, 12% coaching, 8% ticketing). These commissions are not charged in V1 as online payments are not yet active.

Article 8 — User-generated content

You retain ownership of your content. By publishing it, you grant Splasssh a non-exclusive license to use it as necessary for the Application. Splasssh reserves the right to remove non-compliant content.

Article 9 — Intellectual property

All elements of the Application (brand, logo, interface, code) are the exclusive property of CREATIIIV. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

Article 10 — Limitation of liability

Splasssh acts as a matching intermediary and cannot be held liable for the quality of Pro Account services or for injuries sustained during sports activities. Each User participates at their own responsibility.

Article 11 — Suspension and termination

Splasssh reserves the right to suspend or delete any account in the event of a serious breach of these Terms.

Article 12 — Amendments

Splasssh may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via the Application before taking effect.

Article 13 — Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law. Disputes shall be brought before the competent French courts, subject to mandatory EU consumer protection rules.
