Splasssh is a community platform dedicated to team sports, connecting players with courts and playing partners, and helping professionals promote their services.
2. Data we collect and why

Location: Splasssh accesses your location only on a one-time basis when you actively use a feature that requires it. We do not collect your location in the background.
2.3 What we do not collect (V1)
We do not process any online payments. All transactions occur on-site. Splasssh has no access to any banking or payment data.
3. Sharing your data
We never sell your data. We share it only with the technical providers necessary for the Application to function:

4. International transfers
CREATIIIV is a Senegalese company. Our infrastructure may be located outside the EU. When your data is transferred outside the EU, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with GDPR requirements.
5. Data retention
- Active account data: retained for as long as your account exists.
- After account deletion: deleted within 30 days, unless legally required otherwise.
- Technical logs: retained for a maximum of 12 months.
- Rejected Pro requests: retained for 90 days to handle potential appeals.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, port, and object to the processing of your personal data, as well as to withdraw consent at any time.
Delete from the app: Settings → My account → Delete my account.

7. Security
We implement reasonable technical measures: HTTPS/SSL encryption, firewall, JWT authentication, and restricted data access.
8. Minors
Splasssh is not intended for persons under 16 years old. If you believe a minor has submitted data to us, please contact us for immediate deletion.
9. Push notifications
With your consent, Splasssh sends notifications related to your bookings and community activity. You can disable them at any time from your phone settings.
10. Changes to this policy
Any material change will be notified via the Application before taking effect.
